Maddy is an artist, designer and researcher.
Born & raised in Nashville, TN, Maddy holds a BFA from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently an MFA candidate at the UGA Lamar Dodd School of Art. She has worked with Hatch Show Print, Third Man Records, Partners in Print, as well as a variety of independent recording artists and bands. She teaches papermaking and letterpress workshops, and is passionate about introducing others to the beauty of analog processes. Her graduate work bridges studio practice and archival research, examining historical textile collections through interdisciplinary methods of documentation, material analysis and design.
